Location: 3 cun proximal to the superior border of the patella, in a tender depression on the bulge of the vastus medialis muscle.

This point is found 1 cun proximal to Xuebai SP-10.

Needling: Perpendicular or oblique insertion 1 to 1.5 cun.

Actions: Expels heat from the blood.

Dispels wind and expels dampness.

Signs and symptoms: Sores of the lower region, wind rash, itching of the skin.
