This course earns 3 TX CEUs & 5 PDAs, teaches the usefulness of Chinese Medical Herbs in treating Headaches. We will look at which herbs are the most commonly used today for the treatment of the 3 most common Headache types. The herbs discussed in this course address branch symptoms and formulations are usually mixed with other herbs that correct the root of the Headache.
We will learn about how Pathogens can affect the Wei Qi (Defensive Qi) of the body and create the ideal conditions for headaches. We will study symptoms, treatment plans and Herbal Prescriptions for each of the Headaches. We will also learn as to why those herbs are chosen and learn their benefits.
